Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders within the US ship within 2-3 business days. However, please allow up to 3-4 Business Days for us to process and ship your order. The exception is UPS orders which process same or next business day depending on time of purchase and service option.
International orders may take up to 5 Business Days to ship. Recipient is responsible for any VAT, customs fees or duties that may be assessed.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship altogether.
US
We offer free shipping by US Postal Service on US orders over $34. There will always be a free shipping option for US orders.
As of October 2024, we offer four shipping speeds and tiers.
Snail (EcoSaver) - Relaxed shipping, for when it’s “no rush”.
Best if you can wait a week or so (5-10 business days)!
EcoSaver takes advantage of “USPS Flats” shipping service saving you money on shipping with reliable tracking within the USPS system. Flats utilizes USPS processing scans rather than traditional tracking numbers that update as your order is scanned through USPS internal network. You can follow along on our orders journey through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Turtle (EcoSpeed) - When you can wait… but you just don’t want to ;)
Best if you need it in a week (3-5 business days)!
EcoSpeed parcels ship with “USPS Ground Advantage” service, meaning slightly faster delivery. Ground Advantage shipments receive standard tracking numbers you can look up at USPS.com.
Rabbit (Expedited) - If you’re feeling… “rabbid” for your order.
Best if you need it before the weekend (2-4 business days)!
Expedited shipping provides fast delivery through “UPS Ground” service and options to provide delivery instructions. Set delivery instructions by calling UPS or through UPS My Choice and track your orders progress at UPS.com.
Bird (Express) - Get it before you can say “Flintt’s Mints 5 times fast”!
Best if you need it yesterday (1-2 business days)!
Express shipping through UPS 2nd Day Air gives the fastest shipping option with expedited processing so you can get your order ASAP. *Note: orders must be placed before 2PM EST or they are processed the next day.

*Delivery timelines quoted are from the date of dispatch to the date of delivery. We hold ourselves accountable to shipping your order within 72 hrs from the order date.
Sometimes delays or issues in delivery occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding around our limited ability in solving these issues with our courier partners.
If any issues arise we ask that you reach out to your respective courier service regarding the shipping journey or any information about your parcel.
CANADA
We offer free shipping to Canada via USPS First Class International on orders that are over $75 USD and that weigh under 4 lbs.
We offer shipping via USPS First Class International for $7.10 USD on orders to Canada under $75 USD.
WORLDWIDE (outside US and CANADA)
We offer USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International, and DHL Worldwide at our cost plus a $4.20 special handling charge. Worldwide orders require a special effort to export, to track, and in the case of damage, to replace.
We recommend that worldwide ship via DHL and not via the US Postal Service.
USPS does not track nor claim responsibility for packages once they have left the United States. If international shipments are lost by USPS, we will try to make a claim. And, in the event of a successful claim, we will refund or reship to the customer.
Due to the complexity of international shipping, buyer assumes all risk with international shipments. In the case that shipments are lost in transit or experiencing long delays, we are unable to offer a refund as we do not recover product. In the case of returned international orders for whatever reason, we are unable to refund the cost of original shipment. A reship will require payment of shipping again. For this reason, we highly recommend all international orders to purchase Navidium Insurance.
NAVIDIUM INSURANCE
To mitigate against the risk of lost, damaged, or stolen items, Navidium shipping insurance is added by default to every order at checkout. Customers have the ability to remove Navidium from their cart, but by doing so are accepting the risk of lost / damaged / stolen items.
In the event that orders protected by Navidium experience one of these scenarios, it is imperative to file a claim within the filing time frames:
Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered.
All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 60 days from the purchase date.
Claims for packages marked 'delivered' must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked 'delivered'. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft.
ADDRESS CHANGES
For any address changes, please email help@flintts.com with your order number and the address change as soon as possible. However, we are a small team juggling order fulfillment and customer service and cannot guarantee that we will be able to change addresses in time.
RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please note that if a package is returned to us because the provided shipping address is incorrect, then we reserve the right to charge shipping to reship packages.
PICKUP ORDERS
Orders are available for pickup M-F from 10am - 6pm at the Flintts Workshop, located at 79a West St, Brooklyn NY 11222. If pickup day falls on a holiday, please email or call to confirm that we are open before arriving.
