REFUND POLICY

Consumable Items (mints, gum, etc.):
In the case that your order arrives damaged, or is not correct, we will send you a corrected order free of charge.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on consumable items. All sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve future formulations and products. If you have any suggestions, please email us at hello@flintts.com.

Durable Items (Accessories, home goods, artwork, yachts, etc.):
We accept returns of merchandise returned within 30 days of its delivery date. Items being returned will be refunded in full to the original method of payment within 3 business days of their return to us.


Apparel (shirts, hats, etc.):
We accept returns of apparel returned in its original unworn, unwashed condition within 30 days of its delivery date. Items being returned will be refunded in full to the original method of payment within 3 business days of their return to us.
Certain special items may be final sale and thus are ineligible for returns/refunds. This will be noted explicitly in the product listing.


Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping costs for postage on returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.
